Bethesda, MD Real Estate For Sale

According to the recent article I was reading, 7770 Norfolk, the 17-story residential building towering over Woodmont Triangle, is being converted into luxury condominiums.

The decision has been months in the making and is sure to be welcome news to home buyers.

Evidently, the units will still range from 450 to 1,900 square feet and will still have the same commitment to excellence.

Part of the reason for the conversion is likely the fact that the condo market is so strong in the Washington DC area.

Condos are expected to sell for at or below $900 per square foot.

The luxury condos join a respectable fleet of other luxury condominiums in the area, including the 88-unit Darcy as well as the 28-unit Lauren Residences.
